Book one step at a time, get parcel guidance from IRIS, and track your delivery through the Circum app. BOOK YOUR WAY Enter your pickup, drop-off, recipient and parcel details. Choose Deliver Now or schedule a collection for later. Scheduled deliveries depend on rider availability, with confirmation before the delivery begins. PARCEL GUIDANCE WITH IRIS Describe your item and optionally add a photo. IRIS helps estimate weight and identify suitable vehicle and handling requirements before pricing. Your rider confirms the item at collection. CHOOSE THE RIGHT VEHICLE Send with a Motorbike, Car or Van, depending on your parcel and delivery requirements. Review your delivery details and price before payment. VANGUARD PROTECTION Circum’s Vanguard delivery protocol supports protected handovers and custody tracking. Collection and receiver PIN verification help keep each handover accountable. TRACK AND CHAT Follow your rider’s location and delivery progress in the app. Stay connected through secure in-app chat and receive delivery updates along the way. PAYMENTS AND ROTH Pay by card or Apple Pay on supported iOS devices. Use available Roth credits towards eligible Circum services. Manage your payment methods and Roth balance in your wallet.
