GeoWise Field Staff

GeoWise Field Staff is the companion app for ground staff at businesses using the GeoWise platform. Share your live location, follow your schedule and keep coordinators informed throughout the day. Your live location and job status feed into GeoWise’s live map, giving dispatchers visibility of where teams are and how work is progressing. This helps the office coordinate assignments and keep customers updated on arrival times, with fewer status calls and repeated messages. With GeoWise Field Staff, you can: - View assigned jobs and upcoming appointments. - Check job details and customer locations. - Receive updates to your schedule and assignments. - Update job status as work progresses. - Accept in-person payments using the payment terminal. - Share live location so dispatchers can follow your progress between jobs. Your business manages bookings, scheduling and dispatch through GeoWise. Assignments and changes reach your app, while your location and job updates flow back to the office. Built for cleaners, technicians, plumbers, mobile car wash crews, maintenance teams, home healthcare staff and other professionals who travel to customers. Use the app with your business’s GeoWise account. Contact your manager or GeoWise administrator to arrange staff access. For business owners exploring GeoWise: the main GeoWise platform provides an AI receptionist and route-optimised scheduling for field service businesses.
