WorkLog: Time & Shift Tracker

WorkLog is a time clock and timesheet app for people paid by the hour. Clock in when your shift starts, clock out when it ends, and WorkLog logs the hours, subtracts unpaid breaks, and shows what you earned. Built for hourly workers who need to check their own paycheck: servers and bartenders, nurses and caregivers, drivers, warehouse and retail staff, students working part-time, freelancers billing by the hour, and anyone working more than one job. — WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT — • One-time purchase available. No subscription required. • No account and no sign-up. There is nothing to log in to. • Sync runs on your own iCloud account. We have no servers, and your logs never pass through us. • No ads and no trackers. WorkLog collects nothing about you. • Tracking your hours works fully offline. Only iCloud sync waits for a connection. • The whole app is under 5 MB. • The free plan never limits how many shifts you log — write down every hour you work, forever. It shows you this month and last month; older logs stay saved and unlock with Premium. • Nothing is ever deleted. If you stop paying, your logs stay — they are only hidden until you unlock them again. — TRACK YOUR SHIFTS — • One-tap Clock In and Clock Out, with Pause for breaks • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — see the running clock without opening the app • Or add a shift by hand, for the days you forgot to clock in • Break presets for the breaks you take every shift — MULTIPLE JOBS, MULTIPLE PAY RATES — • Give every job its own hourly rate, currency and color • Move a single shift from one job to another • An Overview across all your jobs, in every currency you use — KNOW WHAT YOU EARNED — • Unpaid breaks are subtracted automatically, so the hours match what you are actually paid for • Estimated pay per shift, per week and per month • Filter by today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month or last month • Export CSV or share a plain-text report to check against your payslip or send to your employer — WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID — Free, with no time limit: • One job • Unlimited shifts — logging hours is never blocked • iCloud sync across your devices • Live Activity and Dynamic Island • This month and last month of history Premium unlocks, as a one-time purchase or a yearly plan: • Unlimited jobs • Your complete history, however far back it goes • The multi-job Overview • CSV export and shareable reports WorkLog is a private log of your own hours — not a tool for your manager to track you.
