Please call (800) 688-9633 to discuss if you do not already have an account. Exclusively for customers of AccountAbility Global™, this Guard Tour App, Patrol Tracking App, Security Officer Reporting App, and Security Checkpoint Scanning App, is part of the AccountAbility Global Security Guard Management System. In addition to being an affordable, reliable, and user-friendly app for guard tours, patrols, tracking, scanning, and reporting, our security guard management system offers powerful and exclusive features. One standout is the “Community Watch App,” tailored for neighborhood or business security needs. This security guard app and management system come with 24/7 support from U.S.-based experts. The mobile app is geofenced per user, allowing managers to override restrictions when necessary, while still being convenient for all security roles. Another highlight is the ability to customize the app to include only the functions your firm needs—whether that's just a scan button or additional features like Visitor Management or Vehicle Inspection Reports. Security checkpoints can be easily selected through the Activity (DAR) Form, and NFC or QR codes can be scanned to integrate relevant reports and photos. Officers can edit their reports on-the-go without the need to submit a special DAR or collective Incident Reports at shift's end. All reports sent to your clients are branded with your information and are based on real-time data collected by your officers. You have control over when your customers receive their DAR and Incident Reports, whether scheduled for the next day or in real-time. With its reliability, ease-of-use, affordability, 24/7 support, and powerful features, our app stands out as one of the best mobile security guard tour and patrol app solutions available. If you’re seeking a comprehensive “Guard Tour App” that monitors GPS, includes a lone-worker safety panic button, and sets you apart from the competition, this is the ideal guard management system for you.
