The Congruence App

What Is Congruence and Why Is It Different? Today's uncertain, rapidly changing, hyper-connected world creates unique challenges that require innovative approaches for teens to thrive. The Congruence App is an easy-to-use, evidence-based, self-coaching toolbox designed to help you create new mindsets so you can overcome obstacles, regulate emotions, summon courage and motivation, make informed and confident choices, and socialize with ease. Congruence, created with teen input, uses interactive audio coaching activities that allow you to discover your own solutions to issues, uncover strengths, and create insights. Your sessions are recorded so you can revisit your learning experience, creating a journal of your growth and change. There's no typing or reading so you don't have to focus on your phone - it's all voice-activated audio. Self-efficacy leads to agency and self-respect, which are key components to a successful and well-lived life. **What teens are saying about Congruence: “The activity, I am my fear manager, helped me feel more at peace and like I can overcome my fear.” 15-year-old, Bethesda, MD.
