Akurlee – Meeting Room Display

Take your office management to the next level with an interactive and smart meeting room display. Customize your meeting room display to show availability, choosing your own colors, background, logo, or the dark mode. Instant bookings make walk-in meetings effortless, while scheduled meetings booked in advance will help you get organized with a custom title, the organizer’s and attendees’ names. Extend the meeting if you need more time, or end it early and free up the room. Just two taps is all it takes to request catering, cleaning or IT support. Customize your notification buttons, including emojis. Reduce no-shows with a check-in feature that automatically frees up unused space. Horizontal and vertical mode supported.
