TalentPass

Unlock opportunities big and small with TalentPass – the Universal Talent Passport by Gobekli. TalentPass gives you a new way to represent yourself. Chat with Pythia, your AI guide, to capture all your talent information – from formal credentials and on-the-job skills to the abilities you’ve developed as a family member, volunteer, artist, athlete, creator, leader, or learner. Your life is bigger than a resume. Now your profile is, too. With TalentPass, your data becomes trusted, portable, and beautifully visual through your Talent Tree – a living map of your skills, roles, motivations, and experiences. Every story you add enriches your Tree, helping people see the full scope of your potential, not just the jobs you’ve had. Create and curate profiles tailored to whatever opportunity you want to unlock: • A job you’re excited about • A promotion or performance review • A volunteer role • A school, program, or apprenticeship • A mentorship or creative collaboration • Or simply a clearer understanding of yourself Share your profiles with anyone directly or on most major platforms. If the data in a profile gets outdated or if you are no longer happy with its content, you can always edit it or lock it for as long as you’d like. Think of your profiles as windows that show people different views of your personal and professional self. With TalentPass, you can: • Tell your whole story with a structured Talent Tree that grows as you grow • Capture wins, skills, moments, and milestones through simple reflections with Pythia • Create multiple, opportunity-ready profiles for work, learning, or community roles • Organize verified credentials from any organization that issues LERs • Share your talent anywhere with trusted, sharable links and interoperable data • Understand yourself better with insights rooted in the Gobekli talent framework • Store everything in one place, ready for your next job, project, or phase of life TalentPass is for everyone – career builders, learners, creators, gig workers, parents, hobbyists, students, jobseekers, and professionals at every stage.
