Crewik

Crewik keeps a touring crew on the same page, on the phone in your pocket, with or without signal. WHAT'S NEXT, AT A GLANCE Open Crewik and see what's next for you, counting down: the next time on your day sheet and where it is. The rest of the day is one scroll away. DAY SHEETS THAT WORK OFFLINE Your upcoming days and the last 90 are saved on your phone, encrypted: the schedule, venues and hotels, drive times, contacts and notes. In a basement, a stadium or on a plane they open straight away, and whatever changed comes in the moment you're back online. SEE WHAT CHANGED Times and lines that changed since you last looked are marked, so a late change doesn't slip by. Turn on notifications to hear when your times move. MADE FOR SHOW DAYS • Reminders before the lines that matter to you • Next up on your Home Screen, and on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity • Travel: flights and hotels for the whole run • The schedule by day, or as a month • Crew: everyone on the tour, by group, a tap from a call or an email • Your crew calendar in Apple Calendar or any other calendar app, kept up to date on its own • Share a day sheet as a PDF, or send a link to people without the app, such as the venue FOR WHOEVER RUNS THE TOUR Shift a block of times in one go, even with no signal, and everyone affected hears about it. If two people change the same time, the later change wins and the other person is told. Connect Master Tour and your tours stay in step every hour; anything edited in Crewik waits for your choice instead of being overwritten. Crewik speaks English and Spanish, comes in dark and light, and follows your phone's text size. You need a Crewik account: whoever runs the tour or production invites you to their crew.
