DentalForce can help you connect with all the potential Dental Professionals in your area by utilizing internet and mobile technology to send text and email notifications instantly. Matches can be made in seconds, and Practices can review applicants and select the Dental Professional they would like to work their shift. In the past few months, we have made matches as close as 0.3 km from the office, and other positions have been matched in seconds. This means that your practice can avoid inconveniencing patients and proceed with your daily workflow as normal. DentalForce also offers value to dental professionals as it allows them to find additional employment on short notice and on their own terms. There is a wealth of talent already available in Canadian communities, and DentalForce uses mobile technology to streamline and speed up the process so that talent can be rapidly dispatched in real-time.The best part? DentalForce is FREE for dental professionals looking for temporary shifts or permanent jobs, and practices have no monthly or subscription fees. A fee only applies to practices for temporary shifts if an applicant is matched and used. If the app provides a match, payment and tracking are automated through the app and powered by Stripe. Permanent staffing is also available on our Job Board.
