The Handpulled Noodle.

Since 2014, The Handpulled Noodle has been pulling noodles and feeding New Yorkers who know the difference. What started at our original 148th & Broadway shop has grown to Central Harlem and Hell’s Kitchen, but the mission has stayed the same: bold Northwestern Chinese flavors, handmade food, and no shortcuts. This is comfort food with backbone. Chewy hand-pulled noodles, rich broths, satisfying dumplings, and bold, hearty dishes that actually hit the spot. Rustic, soulful, a little messy in the best way, and made for the kind of hunger that needs more than a sad desk lunch. Whether you’ve had a rough day, a long week, or just need something deeply satisfying delivered into your life fast, we’ve got you. Order ahead, skip the wait, and get the kind of meal that feels like it showed up at exactly the right time.
