REACH AN INTERPRETER ON DEMAND Connect to a qualified, professionally trained interpreter in hundreds of languages. Choose a video call (VRI) for visual context and sign language, or an audio call (OPI) when a voice connection is all you need. VIDEO INTERPRETING (VRI) See and hear your interpreter on a live video call, including American Sign Language. Picture-in-Picture keeps the call running in a floating window if you switch apps, and you can flip the camera or turn on privacy mode anytime. PHONE INTERPRETING (OPI) Audio calls use your iPhone's own call screen, so an interpreting call looks and behaves like a normal phone call. Calls start on speakerphone, so you can set the phone down and talk hands-free. CHAT DURING ANY CALL Send a message to your interpreter mid-call to confirm names, numbers, and spellings without breaking the conversation.
