NEW • Redesigned reports. Appointment List, Sales, Gift Cards, Package Cards, Staff and all five Insights reports (Time Distribution, Capacity Utilization, Service Mix, Cancellations & Empty Slots, Customers) now use clean white panels, clear tables and headline figures. Sections switch with tabs under the date bar, Print sits in the date bar, and you pull down to refresh. • Reports no longer freeze the screen while loading: a small spinner shows progress, and the previous figures stay on screen while a new date range loads. • Quick Period closes as soon as you pick a period, highlights the one that matches your dates, and adds Last 3 Days and Last 3 Weeks. • Sales: Summary, Sales By Service and Sales By Category tabs, formulas behind a (?) button, and Print waits until the new range has loaded. • Staff: summary cards and one table of every staffer with a link to their details; the details page keeps its totals in view. • Campaigns: a new campaign detail page and a campaign report with a funnel chart, audience and per-channel results. • Manual discounts at checkout can now be entered as any percentage of the subtotal, not only 10, 15, 20 or 25%. Switch between Amount and Percentage; the other unit is shown as you type. • Every confirmation and notice now opens the app's own dialog instead of the system alert, which could ignore taps on iOS 26. • The waitlist service picker gains the booking picker's card grid, sharing one grid / list choice. IMPROVEMENTS • One customer picker for checkout, booking and waitlist, with Search highlighted until a customer is picked. • Customer activity shows as coloured stat tiles. • Membership rows grow to fit their tags, with a "+N" chip for long lists. • Taxes, Tip Suggestions, business hours, staff hours, special hours and staff services settings use cards and solid buttons; new time off defaults to the whole day. • Read-only fields look locked on iPad and Android. • The offline screen matches the app's error page and only lets you refresh once you are back online. • All number keypads — cash, tips, points, rewards, refunds, discounts and the customer phone search — share one clearer layout with solid keys and room around the edges. • New brand app icon and launch colour. FIXES • Very long date ranges no longer freeze the Insights heatmap or the gift card daily chart (it now shows one quarter at a time). • Picking a period on a Staff report no longer changes the date range of the other reports. • The Customers report shows the churned percentage again, and package cards bought more than once are all listed. • Sales and revenue totals are no longer joined together as text. • A refund can no longer be sent twice by tapping Confirm again while it is processing. • On Android, dialogs no longer flash before sliding in, and "Add guest" is no longer clipped. • Two-button dialogs no longer cut off their buttons; the log-out confirmation no longer shows a doubled question mark. • Category edit screens no longer crash before loading, and location details scroll instead of running off the screen.
