About Diabetes by Heart
"Diabetes by Heart" is a healthcare platform that enables users to record and track different healthcare metrics (blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Heart rate). Users can either record data manually or through a connected device/sensor. Users can log and manage their daily routines such as meals and physical activities. Diabetes by Heart is aiming to improve “Quality of Life” of patients suffering from “Silent Killers” (Diabetes & Hypertension). We aim to achieve this by becoming an integral part of daily routine of patients.

We’ve fixed Target Range for mmol/L so it matches your selected unit, added a BMI card on Home from your height and latest weight, added Asian Range next to Target Range when logging blood glucose and weight, and renamed Food Log to Diet Plan.
