We've aligned the available case sorting options with the web version, improved how the Trash, macros, social media channels, and the "Calls" channel work, and made long cases easier to browse. We've also fixed known issues. – IMPROVEMENTS – 1. New sorting options by "Date"-type fields, ratings, and note mention time. 2. Permanent deletion of cases from the Trash. 3. Setting a subject via macros. 4. Call statuses and "Calls" case titles in the interface language. 5. Links to original posts and comments in Instagram and Facebook cases. 6. Collapsing long cases. – FIXED BUGS – • HTML tags appeared in messages and were added to note text when quoting; • Omnidesk icons were shown instead of Deskie icons; • Bullets and numbering disappeared when tapping a message; • The "Download" button didn't work in the HTML version of an email; • Resending failed replies didn't work correctly; • Deleted unsent replies reappeared; • A reply could be duplicated when applying a macro; • Agents could see chats they had no access to; • Quotes from the web version, agent notes, and system notes about child and parent cases were displayed incorrectly; • Text size in case parameters didn't change when the corresponding app setting was changed; • Icons for agents working together on a case weren't shown in the case list; • Notification settings from one account were applied to another when switching accounts, and notifications were turned off after changing the sound; • The name field wasn't shown for users without a name.
