Our secure app makes managing your benefits easy with real-time access and intuitive navigation. Alerus Benefits connects you with the details, allowing you to check available balances and view claims requiring receipts. Employees can also click to call or email our Client Service Center. Some additional options (if supported or applicable to your account(s)) are filing claims for FSAs and HRAs, uploading receipts for new or existing claims, complete HSA transactions, pay bills from your accounts, and report a lost or stolen debit card.
