Please note: the distance test chart is operated by the free “Eye Remote” app, available on iPhone. The new near vision, Amsler and colour vision tests run on the iPad on their own. Eye Test Chart Pro is the first true alternative to traditional eye test consulting room equipment. It works by remote control from an iPhone using peer-to-peer connectivity — no Wi-Fi network required. Set up your iPad as a test chart at 3 or 6 metre working distance in Standard or Mirrored mode, and operate it from your consulting chair while testing the patient. Or take it with you on domiciliary visits and get that professional look. No more small plastic charts. You can also select Randomised Letter Presentation to prevent patients memorising the test lines.
