Please note that Vitality has three employer mobile apps: Vitality One, Vitality Today and Power of Vitality. Vitality Today is with you every step of your wellness journey. Keep track of your progress on the go with the Vitality Today mobile app – check your points, log a workout, send us proof of activity, and do much more from your smart phone. Here’s the range of Vitality tools which you can use to track your way to a healthier you: • Check your Vitality Points • Log a workout using GPS* • Submit proof of a completed activity, e.g., a 5K • Link to Apple’s Health app to sync data, including steps data captures by iPhone or Apple Watch • Enjoy the daily Newsfeed • Check in on your goals The application is available for anyone to download, but you have to be a Vitality member and have registered on the Power of Vitality website before you can log in to the Vitality Today mobile app. You’ll use your Power of Vitality login to log in to this app. Features Apple Watch. *Some features like gym visits may require GPS location services.
