About Vitalin
Record and review your vitals — blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, weight and more. A health diary that works with Apple Health to manage blood pressure, heart rate, weight, body temperature, steps, body fat, and skeletal muscle all in one place. Log entries quickly with an intuitive dial, and see how your body changes at a glance through graphs and statistics. You can also record symptoms such as headaches or stiff shoulders together with the environment, like temperature and pressure, and what came before, then look back on them. ■ Apple HealthKit Sync Data you record is synced automatically to the Health app. You can also import data from Health, so readings from Apple Watch, body composition scales, and other devices are managed together. ■ What You Can Record ・Blood pressure (systolic / diastolic) / pulse pressure ・Heart rate ・Body temperature ・Weight / BMI / body fat / skeletal muscle ・Steps ■ Symptom Notes ・Record symptoms such as headaches, stiff shoulders, or dizziness with onset and end times and severity ・Record the environment: temperature, humidity, pressure, and 24-hour pressure change (fetched from the Japan Meteorological Agency in Japan) ・Tag what came before, such as lack of sleep or stress, and what you did, such as medicine or rest ・See patterns with the onset calendar, onset periodicity, onsets and environment, and onsets and what came before ■ Main Features ・Dial input: intuitive, just spin to set a value ・Categories: auto-selected by time of day, such as waking or before bed (Unwell and before exercise are chosen when you record) ・Analysis: place graph, statistics, and symptom charts freely on three tabs (rename tabs and share one period across them) ・Weather for measurements: record temperature and pressure too (fetched automatically in Japan) ・Graphs: view trends visually from weekly to yearly ・Statistics: detailed analysis such as BP distribution (JSH criteria) and weight summary ・Export: PDF, CSV, and JSON. JSON also backs up your records and settings, handy when switching devices ・Appearance: choose Light, Dark, or system Auto ・Dial design: change to the style you like ■ Great For ・Managing Apple Watch and body-scale data all together ・Keeping a careful daily record and analysis of blood pressure and weight ・Understanding patterns in recurring symptoms such as headaches or stiff shoulders ・Having your records ready at hand for doctor visits ・Anyone working on dieting or better health
