About Verilogue Recorder
The Verilogue Recorder App allows healthcare providers to consensually record interactions with their patients and provides a simple and secure way to upload those recordings to the Verilogue website.

Version 4.0.1 · Updated October 17, 2026
A redesigned look and feel. Recordings now upload automatically once all tasks are complete, including the survey and, if required, the dictation. All tasks must be completed within the required time after recording, and surveys can now only be completed in the app, not on the desktop. Patients can now give consent by scanning a QR code on your phone, and you can also take separate photos of the HIPAA Authorization and Participation Confirmation forms.
