This release brings a major visual redesign, meaningful reliability fixes, and important compliance improvements. The app has been rebuilt for iOS 26 with the new Liquid Glass interface — updated tab bar and toolbars, smoother zoom transitions into screens, and a refreshed Home screen with distinct color-coded icons for each tile. The section previously called "Calculators" is now "Tools." On iPad, all content is now held to a comfortable reading-width column instead of stretching edge to edge. Navigation has been rebuilt from the ground up. Deep links and push notification taps now open the correct screen even after logging out and back in. Chat conversations can no longer accidentally bleed between member sessions. Other improvements in this release: • FusionAuth members are taken directly to their assigned support conversation — no extra taps through a list • Tapping a Library document now shows a clear "Open" button instead of silently launching a browser tab; apps left on a web-page screen no longer re-open a browser tab on every launch • Scrolling the chat conversation list no longer accidentally opens a conversation • The Log Out button is now protected against rapid double-taps that could previously leave members in a broken state • The Submit button in the Send a Message form was permanently disabled for some members — this is fixed • Sending a message on the Messages screen is now reachable in landscape with the keyboard up • Unresponsive app freezes at launch (requiring force-quit) caused by a Marketing Cloud SDK timing conflict are resolved • Library documents open faster when offline — the error now appears in about 11 seconds instead of about 75 • News article images now display correctly for articles where the image was previously missing • The notification permission prompt no longer appears immediately at first launch; a dismissible card on Home and a row on the Profile screen let members enable notifications when ready • Empty screens for Inbox, News, Knowledge Base, and Library now show a descriptive message and icon instead of a blank page • Favorite stars in the Knowledge Base are now gold and only appear on favorited items; four screens with faint placeholder text that failed accessibility contrast requirements have been corrected • The Sign In button on the login screen is now the same size as the other buttons on that screen • Profile screen SMS and email opt-in labels no longer wrap to two lines at larger text sizes • The version string at the bottom of the Profile screen is now easier to read • VoiceOver improvements: sign-in fields, the Home header, social media buttons, and chat conversation rows all have correct labels and heading roles • The app icon has been updated for iOS 26 Excluded from these notes: internal documentation updates (15), CI and release infrastructure changes (24), developer tooling and code quality improvements (18), test reliability improvements (5), dependency updates (4)
