About Emergency situation
Emergency helps you act faster when you do not know what to do. In your country, abroad or while travelling anywhere in the world, the app helps you contact emergency services, find the right emergency numbers, check first aid guidance and quickly access your essential medical information. When stress rises, it is not always easy to know which action to take. Emergency includes a guided decision flow: answer a few simple questions and the app guides you toward the most relevant actions for the situation. This helps you reach emergency calls, useful information, a relevant medical profile or important contacts faster, depending on the context. Emergency brings together essential tools to help you respond better: Emergency numbers by country Quickly access useful numbers to contact emergency services, medical help, police, fire services or other services adapted to your situation. Guided help in an emergency Do not know what to do? The app helps you identify the situation and move step by step toward the right actions. Map of nearby emergency places Find useful places around you in an emergency: defibrillators, pharmacies, hospitals, police stations, fire stations, veterinarians and other emergency points of interest available depending on your area. Emergency medical profile Keep important information close at hand: identity, age, blood type, treatments, medical conditions, allergies, emergency contacts and useful medical details. Weather alerts and wildfire risk areas Check important weather alerts around you or in the areas you follow: heatwaves, storms, floods, strong winds, extreme cold or wildfires. Emergency can also display wildfire risk areas and nearby fire alerts, with prevention advice to help you adopt the right reflexes and better protect your loved ones. First aid Check clear first aid guidance to help you react to common situations: illness, injury, accident, cardiac arrest or another emergency. Apple Watch From your Apple Watch, quickly access emergency calls, your location, your address and key information to share with emergency responders. Widgets Add Emergency to your Lock Screen or Home Screen to access your medical information, emergency numbers and nearby useful places faster. Accessibility Emergency takes accessibility needs into account and continues to improve its interface for VoiceOver, larger text and iOS accessibility settings. Emergency+ The Emergency+ subscription unlocks additional features, including advanced location-based services, enriched information around you and weather alerts depending on available options. Why install Emergency? Because in an emergency, every second counts. Because it is better to prepare your medical information before you need it. Because a trip, an accident, a medical issue or a family emergency can happen anywhere. Because having the right numbers, places and actions in one app can truly help. Emergency is not intended to replace emergency services, medical professionals or first aid training. The app helps you access useful information and relevant emergency services faster.
