FINE INCREMENT MODE You can set Meditation and Interval times in increments of 1 second using the fine increment mode. To do so press AND HOLD the meditation or interval key WHILE pressing the '+' or '-' key. Letting go of the meditation or interval key will return the increment back to 1 minute.
