A world, in which the UN SDGs are no longer a vision, but reality. However, as of today, we do have climate change. We do have increasing social division of society, global diseases, and several other highly critical issues in society. Not less than 17 SDGs have been defined by the United Nations to gain a sustainable world of tomorrow – and time is running out to solve them. The industry is one of the most powerful influencer for the further roadmap of our planet. It is on us to make a change! Especially the Engineering Industry is one of the key fundamental enablers and accelerators to drive change. The majority of all achievements we have in life have been enabled by achievements in Engineering! As well mostly every other industry is relying on the machines and the performance, which get provided by the Engineering Industry. The faster and the more extensively we achieve transformation progress and efficiency improvements in the Engineering Industry, the more impact we can create in all industries that come in the chain later on. The more impact we create for the world to reach our goal. Unfortunately for Executives and Managers, the Engineering Industry itself is often even more complex than several other industries are. • *Complex structure of technology, industries and regions* as companies are driven by a niche technology, selling this into several industries globally • *Several functions not being available inhouse in depth* due to the comparably small average company size to e.g. Automotive with its typical big players like VW with >200.000 employees • *Skill shortages* due to the increasing lack of availability of employees on the market • *Several processes, not yet being professionalized*, as many companies are in a state of transforming from a craft business to an efficient serial production As a result, *many things need much more time than necessary and are leaking performance, as they are relying on the goodwill of people doing things additionally to their daily business or even dealing with black boxes.* *We are passionate about Engineering* with all its high performing technologies, innovative and inspirational products, forward looking leadership teams and collaborative employees. That’s why our mission is to *enable maximum performance in corporate and personal development in Engineering companies.* Therefore, this app has been developed to increase efficiency of your processes, reduce your personal time constraints and make best-practice sources easily accessible.
