MoodWatch + transforms heart-rate patterns into a living HeartScape of color, light, and motion. With your permission, Heart Connected compares recent Apple Health readings with your own recent baseline. It expresses what your heart rate is doing through neutral visual states such as Rising, Steady, Elevated, Lowering, and Below Baseline. MoodWatch + never labels your emotions, infers your mood, or tells you how you feel. Through your private iCloud account, MoodWatch + can relay a small latest-state snapshot to the Mac companion—including BPM, visual state, source, time, session status, and visual style. The Mac app does not access HealthKit and never receives your complete heart-rate history or saved Heart Recordings.
