Course Counter: CE Tracker

You renewed your license last time. You'll figure it out again. That's what most licensed professionals tell themselves — until they're digging through emails for certificates the night before a deadline. Course Counter fixes that. Track your CE credits, manage your renewal requirements, and keep every certificate organized in one place. The feature most users love first: Certificate Inbox — forward a certificate email to your personal Course Counter address and the credit logs itself. No typing, no uploading, no forgetting. Everything else: - Scan paper certificates with your camera — Course Counter reads the details for you - Track multiple licenses with different states, renewal cycles, and category requirements - Get reminders months before your deadline, not days - Generate a clean audit report in seconds Built for nurses, therapists, social workers, physical therapists, and anyone whose license depends on keeping up with CE.
