PPE Mobile

PPE Mobile is the phone app for firefighters whose department uses PPE Software. Sign in with your department account and your gear, checklists and maintenance work go where you go, with or without a signal. WHAT NEEDS YOU Home shows what's waiting on you: equipment to acknowledge, gear that needs attention, signature requests, and quick starts for the things you do most. YOUR EQUIPMENT Everything assigned or loaned to you, grouped and searchable. Open an item for its details, notes and history. Acknowledge what you received and untick anything you didn't. SCAN THE LABEL One scanner for gear, vehicles, stations, containers and badges. Printed PPE labels open the item in the app, ready for a checklist, maintenance or a problem report. CHECKLISTS Start a checklist from your items, a search or a scan. Work through it section by section, jump to unanswered questions and flag problems with a photo. Results and history stay with the item. MAINTENANCE AND REQUESTS Record inspections as passed or failed. Report a problem with a photo and follow it to resolution. Report missing equipment and keep your sizes up to date. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES Checks, counts, moves and signatures from your phone, for departments that track controlled substances. Records you sign without a signal are delivered when you're back online. NO SIGNAL? KEEP WORKING After you sign in, PPE Mobile downloads your work data. Checklists, maintenance records and problem reports save on your phone and send when you're back online. Saved work shows where each one stands. ALSO Your vehicles and permits, incident equipment for users with access, a digital badge, and sign-in with a password or QR code. Features depend on your department's setup and your access. PPE Mobile requires a PPE Software account from your fire department.
