Welcome by Virtual Doorman

With Welcome by Virtual Doorman™, residents get the best of their Virtual Doorman system and our Interactive Web Portal™ on their iPhone. See and speak to building visitors on live video with in-app calling, unlock doors with a swipe, and manage guests, deliveries and building requests quickly and easily. Bring your own cameras too. Add any RTSP-enabled camera, pair it with a door, and watch it in the app right alongside your building's cameras. The app now comes in light and dark, and is made for iPhone Duo — on the folded display the controls move to a bar on the side so live video gets more room. Overview: * See and speak to building visitors on live video * Remotely unlock common doors, elevators and apartment doors * See every building camera on one screen, one at a time or four at once * Add your own RTSP cameras — Wyze, Reolink, Amcrest, EZVIZ, Tapo and others * Add and edit your list of authorized guests * Receive notifications of guests and deliveries * View guest and delivery logs * Quickly report unwanted or suspicious activity to your Virtual Doorman and building management * Contact building management * Contact Virtual Doorman * Order new building access cards and key fobs * Upload photos of authorized guests directly from your iPhone's camera * Choose a light or dark look, or follow your iPhone's setting * Optimized for iPhone Duo * Manage account settings and preferences Please Note: Welcome by Virtual Doorman™ is only available for authorized users of the Interactive Web Portal™ who reside in buildings serviced by Virtual Service. Some functions may not yet be available to certain users depending on your building's equipment.
