A kolozsvári önkormányzat határozata alapján az A Kártyával rendelkező, államilag támogatott helyen tanuló diákok ingyenes tömegközlekedési bérletet kapnak, míg a fizetős helyet elfoglaló diákok kedvezményes- en vásárolhatják meg a buszbérletet.
