Global Monitoring™ lets you record pulse readings with your Apple Watch and review them on your iPhone. Start a pulse check from your iPhone and follow the measurement on your paired Apple Watch. Open Journal to review saved readings, measurement times and a simple pulse graph. Optional reminders let you choose when to begin a check. Each measurement starts with your approval. No account or sign-in is required. Requires an iPhone running iOS 16 or later and a compatible paired Apple Watch running watchOS 9 or later. This update starts a new Journal. Records from earlier app versions are not imported. Global Monitoring is intended for general wellness and informational use. It does not diagnose medical conditions or provide emergency monitoring.
