Eligibility criteria You can apply for an account if: - Your company has an annual turnover of £1M or more, or deposits at least £100K. For property companies, assets exceed £1M. - You’re a director of one of the following: Limited Company, Private Unlimited Company, PLC, LLP, Overseas Company, or select Private Limited Companies. - Your company is registered and active with Companies House in the UK. - You’re a UK tax resident, registered with HMRC. - You’re aged 18 or over.
