Stint for Partners

Here at Stint, we’re pioneering the short shift. Build your own Team of short shift workers that perfectly align with your daily 2-3 hour peaks in trade, improving your service, labour percentage and EBITDA. How does Stint work? - We select the most suitable workers for your business based on their proximity, schedule and personality. - They are required to upload a 30-60 second intro video - you can hand-pick who you’d like to complete a Trial at your business. - After 2 Trial ‘Stints’ you can decide whether they’re suitable to join your Stint Team, and after a few weeks, your perfect Team of short shift workers is formed. - Your Stinters work during your busiest periods - for shifts as short as 2 hours! We have over 250,000 ‘Stinters’ that live and attend university in city centres close to your sites, which make them perfect for hospitality. - They combine with your existing core team on longer shifts, so you always see the same faces. Proven impact: 1. Reduce your labour percentage and waste less time on recruiting and managing your team. We do it for you! 2. Increase your table turnover and average spend per head. 3. Reduce your team churn and stress at busy periods. Nurture a happier, more fulfilled team. 4. Reduce understaffing and overstaffing by turning long inefficient shifts into Stints.
