Keep building your focus with more themes, easier history entry, and smoother friend connections. After unlocking a theme, you can start a new 5-day challenge and keep unlocking more. When adding a focus session manually, you can now choose dates older than one month. Friend requests now reappear after an unblock, while block details stay private throughout the request flow.
