Begin anywhere and explore what interests you. - Allows users to 'Save' activities, topics, and resources to make them easier to find. Safe Use: - Use of iHEAL is completely anonymous. Your login is password protected to keep your information safe. - When logged in, use the 'Exit' button to quickly replace the app with a neutral webpage that will open in your device's default browser. - Enter '1234' in the password field on the login screen to quickly navigate away from the app. This functions the same way as the "Exit" button. - Be aware that your abusive partner may monitor your use of this app using spyware, cloud access or by accessing your phone, tablet or computer. - When using the app, please use a safe device that you alone can access and that is password protected. You may also decide not to use the app. - iHEAL does not replace crisis or emergency services. If you need urgent assistance, call 911 or contact local crisis services. We do not monitor or act on responses entered into the app by users.
