What’s new
Version 13.0.0 · Updated October 7, 2026
What's New Business critical areas for snow jobs: The app now guides you through capturing photos of each business critical area for the customer. Directed prompts help ensure the areas that matter most are documented. Multiple snow services per job: Add repeat snow services to a job, with line-item caps applied. Improvements "Parts & Materials" is now "Materials & Equipment." Snow services, NTE increase, OMW, and tab navigation have been refined. Gallery photo watermarks now show when the photo was taken, not when it was uploaded. Only JPEG and PNG images can be imported at departure checkout. You'll see a message if a photo is skipped. Geofence alerts have their notification sound back. Fixes Captured job photos are no longer lost if photo upload fails. Checkout questionnaire photos are kept when you navigate back. Fixed a false "Active job in progress" message when working offline. Jobs that don't require photos no longer show photo errors or prompts. Selecting a per-event line item no longer disables your other snow services. Fixed invoice footer, camera orientation, parts delete, and timer issues. The Live Activity button no longer sends you from Modify NTE back to Job execution. Improved app startup and stability, with fewer freezes and crashes. Improved photo uploads on iOS.
