What’s new
Version 1.9.6 · Updated October 22, 2026
Big ones this update: Staff & Payroll and Member Approvals are here! Staff & Payroll: Pay Your Team Without the Spreadsheet. Add staff with their role, salary, and working days. For each person you can set commissions with a target and a cap, regular deductions, and attendance tracking. Log schedule changes and paid or unpaid leave for one person or the whole team at once, and record which staff member made each sale or membership. Review and edit payslips before you finalise them, and regenerate them anytime something changes. You can also give salary advances repaid in monthly instalments and add payslips to your expenses in one tap. Every staff profile keeps their full payslip history. Member Approvals: You Decide Who Joins. When members sign up themselves, approve or reject them before they join, or approve everyone automatically. New sign-ups show up on your dashboard, and you get a WhatsApp message when someone’s waiting. Pending or rejected members can’t see transactions or invoices on the Member Portal. When you add a member manually, the app now warns you if the phone number is already in use. Also new: Explore Features: a new page in Settings shows every feature with a short video and highlights the ones you haven’t tried yet. Members at risk: they now show when each member last visited. Renewal notes: you can add notes when renewing a membership. Quick menu: Broadcast is now there, so you can send messages faster. Pending balances: paid balances are now recorded under Sales or Memberships, wherever they came from. Default payment method: it’s now saved to your gym’s account instead of each device. And still going strong: Sales & Inventory, Busy Hours, trainer schedules & bookings, biometric auto-lock for unpaid balances, monthly & yearly WhatsApp business reports, Diet & Workout Plans, Member Portal, Split Payments, PAR-Q forms, trainer logins, bulk & broadcast messaging, and automated WhatsApp reminders. Thanks for growing with us. Keep the feedback coming!
