better u provides a supportive platform in which the user can manage their well-being, focus on a positive mental outlook, reflect upon their emotional resilience, and most importantly, access various types of support, enabling the user to find something that works for them. As an app created by young people, it focuses on providing features and tools that young people actually want to engage with, that will have a lasting, beneficial impact on their well-being.
