Tweris DC

We, as a Tweris team aim to eliminate cardiotocographs (CTGs) misinterpretation and the resultant adverse outcomes represented by neonatal complications (severe hypoxic-ischemic injuries and perinatal deaths) and unnecessary operative interventions on the mother (emergency cesarean sections, operative vaginal deliveries). We believe that we can achieve this goal by a combination of an educational package to promote Physiological Interpretation of CTG with an application which can train frontline midwives and obstetricians to identify different types of hypoxia. By uploading anonymized CTG traces users will contribute not only to their own education but also to the training and improvement of an AI based application which can help doctors and midwives from all around the world to detect signs of hypoxia and avoid adverse incidents for patients and neonates. Features and functionality - Tutorial (submitting CTGs, choosing the right label, level-up and rewards) - Easy submission of CTGs by taking a photo or importing from gallery - Possibility to be rated by high-class professors - Twelve levels (more correct CTGs means higher level) - Reward system by completing levels - Have access to a step-by-step pedagogical resource about physiological CTG interpretation - The pedagogical resource consists in original videos and text about physiological analysis of CTG made specially for this app - Quiz program - Certificates of competency - Possibility to manage “My profile” (personal information, language, profile picture) - Indicated number of submissions (Total, correct, incorrect) - Notification system keeps you updated
