There are considerable individual differences in the appropriate amount due to differences in body weight, gender, age, alcohol decomposition ability, etc. According to the index shown by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, moderate and moderate drinking is about 20g of pure alcohol per day on average. The amount of pure alcohol is expressed in grams (g) and is calculated by the following formula, taking into account the specific gravity of alcohol. Amount of alcohol (ml) x alcohol content / 100 x 0.8 (specific gravity of alcohol) = pure alcohol amount (g) Make a rest day Drinking alcohol every day puts a strain on your liver. The mucous membranes of the digestive tract, such as the stomach and intestines, also become rough.
