ProValet Homeowner

Your home has a team. ProValet puts every pro who cares for it in one app. Pool service, lawn care, pest control, home watch, window cleaning: if your service company runs on ProValet, you can see your visits, send requests, review invoices, and pay, all from your phone. No more chasing texts, digging through email, or wondering whether the tech showed up. GETTING STARTED Your service company invites you. Open the app, enter the email address they have on file, and we'll text or email you a code to sign in. No password to create or remember. EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE Home shows every company you work with and what's coming next: upcoming visits, open requests, and any amount due. Tap any item to see the details. KNOW WHEN YOUR PRO WAS THERE Every visit is logged with its status, scheduled and completed dates, the technician who serviced your home, and the service address. Browse upcoming visits or search your full service history anytime. REQUEST SERVICE IN SECONDS Something off? Pump making noise, water looking cloudy, a missed spot? Snap a photo, record a video, leave a voice note, or type it out. Your request goes straight to the company, and you can follow its status from the Home screen. CLEAR INVOICES, NO SURPRISES See exactly what you're paying for, with line items, the amount due, the issue date, and the due date. Paid invoices stay on record so you always know where you stand. Review estimates from your pros in the same place. PAY IN A TAP, OR AUTOMATICALLY Pay an invoice right from the app with a saved card. Turn on autopay and your invoices are paid on time without a reminder. Turn it off anytime in Settings. Manage your saved cards and view your payment authorization whenever you like. PRIVATE AND SECURE Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint so only you can open it. Choose which notifications you receive. The app follows your device's light or dark setting. ONE APP FOR ALL YOUR PROS Use more than one company on ProValet? They all show up together, each with its own visits, requests, and invoices. ProValet Homeowner is free to download. An invitation from a service company that uses ProValet is required to sign in.
