About Glücklich (leicht)
Die Glücklich App basiert auf der COGITO App (www.uke.de/cogito) und richtet sich an Menschen mit Lernbehinderungen. Sie enthält kurze Übungen in Leichter Sprache. Die Übungen sollen Sie auf fröhliche Gedanken bringen. Jeden Tag bekommen Sie eine neue Übung. Die Benutzung der App ist einfach, kostenlos und anonym. Die Glücklich App wird von der Lebenshilfe Hamburg e.V. und der Arbeitsgruppe Klinische Neuropsychologie vom Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE) laufend weiter entwickelt.
