About Xelion
With the Xelion iOS App, you can always access your business communications. You can manage your contacts, chat, text and call from a single overview. The user-friendly interface lets you to switch effortlessly between contacts, messages and calls. You can customise the app to suit your needs with smart search functions, handy settings and a clear communications overview. Making calls is easy via mobile phone or a data network. You are always available on your business number, whether you are on the road or in the office. An active internet connection is required to use the app. Your organisation must be using the latest version of the Xelion Server.

New: • Users can now list contacts as exceptions to the ‘do not disturb’ function. These contacts can still reach them when the app would normally not allow them to be called or messaged. • Setting up conference calls is more intuitive. • It is now easier to copy call summaries and transcription summaries . Fixed: • With iOS 27 the communication overview is visible again. • CarPlay doesn’t crash anymore when too many screens where open. • The name of the user is now shown when the user calls from a group line. • The correct name and avatar are now visible when you make a call on a twinned device. • If you quickly press multiple notifications that would lead to the same window, the window now only opens once. • You can now send a reply to a Whatsapp message from an unknown contact. The input field is no longer hidden. • In iOS 27 the button 'Add new Call' and the menu button (which has three dots) are correctly shown in the call window. Good to know: • The WebRTC library is updated.
