MyGymFitness is how your gym runs, and how you use it. It's the key to the door, the class schedule, your training log, your points, and the front desk, all on your phone. Walk up and tap Unlock. No fob, no card, no code to remember. If you'd rather use the keypad, your code is one tap away. Find a class, see who's teaching and how many spots are left, and grab one. We'll remind you before it starts. Train the way you want. Tap a muscle on the body map and the app shows you the exercises for it. Build the routine, log your sets, and watch your numbers climb week over week. Meals go in the same place, against targets you set. Showing up pays. Every visit adds Flex Points, and streaks add more. Trade them at your gym for custom rewards. Need something?
