This system will minimise long queues at GEPF offices and call centres, as well as travelling long distances to access the service

This increases your long-term monthly annuity rather than taking a cash lump sum gratuity. From the Retirement Pot: You cannot transfer money out of the retirement pot or withdraw it before retirement.
