SOVREN Crew

We pioneered a new approach to yacht crew employment in 2020, by introducing an industry progressive rewards programme for crew, plus an innovative 'reality CV' service to place crew directly in front of employers in the virtual world. This website provides a complete service for those looking for work within the yachting industry and for the decision-makers looking for the ideal candidate for a role onboard. With our app for yacht captains, we've made the recruitment process simple and efficient, it’s all there in the palm of your hand and for yacht crew, securing your ideal role has never been easier!
