About Thunderchild First Nation
Thunderchild First Nation is a Plains Cree community in west-central Saskatchewan, close to Turtle Lake and Turtleford. Its app gathers the Nation's updates into a single feed, and anyone can install it without charge. Sport keeps the Thunderchild Wellness Centre busy. Volleyball tournaments for men's, women's and coed teams, hockey and goaltending camps, and Forever in Motion, an activity program for adults 55 and over, all share their dates, fees and sign-up details here. Seasonal fun turns up too, from pumpkin carving at the Chief Gordon Thunderchild Commercial Centre to dance workshops, handgame tournaments and cash bingo. Thunderchild Radio, TCFM, now streams online, and a post links straight to the broadcast. Job ads cover roles right across the Nation, from a housing assistant with Public Works and Housing to educational assistants and community safety officers. Each one lists the duties along with the email address for applications. Events sit on a month calendar that you can copy into your own, and posts can be narrowed by type, searched, or kept for later with the heart icon. Tap a day to see its events, open one for the time and location, and add it straight to your own calendar. • Instant Search: Find any post in seconds, with results that appear as you type. • Richer Posts: News and events support headings, bold text, lists and links. • Custom Categories: Administrators can create their own feed categories, so posts are grouped the way the community chooses. • Dark Mode: The navigation bar follows your dark mode setting.
