About Phil & Sebastian Coffee
The standard for coffee and coffee apps is too low. As a pair of geeky software engineers, we're here to raise the bar of both! Here's what you can do with our App: ORDER WORLDWIDE Use our App to order from our online shop and benefit from our gratitude program, with SAME DAY delivery in Calgary. SKIP THE LINE Order drinks, donuts, food, beans and goods for pickup at any of our cafes. Do this on your way to the cafe or the comfort of your seat within the cafe. Cushy, right? WATCH IT HAPPEN Track your order from received to ready. Get a predicted complete time, and show up at the right minute. Your time is precious. We don't want to waste one minute of it. EARN WITH OUR GRATITUDE PROGRAM Our gratitude program was thoughtfully designed to generously reward loyal customers, and automatically run without needing you to figure it out. You have better things to do! Ordering at the counter instead? Just check in with the App and the points still find you. SEE WHAT'S IN THE CASE It's frustrating to show up and realize we don't have any donuts, so why not check before you go? The App has live donut counts at every location. SEND A GIFT CARD A convenient and quick way to send a gift to someone you care about. We hope you love it, Sebastian & Phil
What’s new
Version 1.13.31 · Updated September 30, 2026
A bigger update than usual. Here's what changed. FASTER SHIP TO HOME Checkout loads quicker and no longer spins forever when shipping rates are slow. You'll see the same tax our online shop charges, with no extra wait. STRAIGHT ANSWERS ON YOUR ORDER If an order doesn't go through, we say so clearly and give you a Try Again button. SIGNING IN IS EASIER Your phone can save and fill your password now, and there's a show-password button for when your thumbs disagree with you. SMALLER FIXES Edited shipping addresses show up at checkout right away. A closed favourite cafe stays put and tells you it's closed. Gift card links from our emails open the app again. And we're ready for the latest iOS. We hope you love it, Sebastian & Phil
