About Health Stats: Fitness Tracker

Health Stats is the most detailed way to explore your Apple Health data: clear charts, personal records, and trends all in one place If you use Apple Health and want more than raw numbers, Health Stats gives you a simple way to track progress, spot patterns, and stay motivated over time. See your health and fitness data in one clean dashboard. Track key metrics like steps, walking and running distance, exercise time, stand hours, calories burned, water intake, sleep, weight, VO2 max, resting heart rate, and more. All data syncs directly from Apple Health. Go deeper with detailed workout stats for activities like running, walking, cycling, swimming, strength training, HIIT, yoga, hiking, and more. Review workout totals, distance, time, calories burned, and activity trends to better understand your progress. Look back with week, month and year reports: how your days went, your numbers, the workout that stood out, your goal and your nights. A year also shows your biggest moments, best month and favourite day. Earn medals for new bests, lifetime totals, goal streaks, the first time you hit a goal and your first workout of each kind. Your Apple Health history counts, so you start with the medals you've already earned. Share a report or a medal as a story or a post. Keep your numbers in view with widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Choose from nine widgets: a single stat, a stat with its goal, your goal streak, a stat with its last 7 days, a week of bars, a running total, an overview of several stats, your latest weight, VO2 max or resting heart rate, and last night's sleep stages. Most let you pick the date range, including ranges you saved in the app. Health Stats also helps you stay consistent: • Set personal goals for your most important metrics • Build goal streaks: how many days, weeks or months in a row you reached your target • Track progress over time • Compare performance across periods • Discover trends in your health and activity data • View personal bests and lifetime records • Explore detailed charts and stat breakdowns Whether you want to improve your daily activity, stay motivated with goals, or better understand long-term health and fitness trends, Health Stats makes Apple Health easier to use and more meaningful. What’s new

Version 3.4.0 · Updated October 31, 2026

Health Stats now has a Reports tab. Once a week, month or year is over, you get a report on how it went: your days, your numbers, the workout that stood out, your goal and your nights. A year also shows your biggest moments, best month and favourite day. Also new: • Medals, for new bests, lifetime totals, goal streaks, the first time you hit a goal and your first workout of each kind. They're on the Reports tab, and the ones you earned before this update are already there. • Big moments, like a new best or a goal streak, now get their own full screen with their medal. • You can share a report or a medal as a story or a post. You see the image first and can pick the background. • The weekly summary no longer shows your numbers. It tells you the week's report is ready, and a tap opens it. Months and years now get a notification too. • The Cumulative chart on a stat's screen now shows the period before as a second line, such as yesterday or last week. • The dashboard is calmer: each card has one number and one status, and what they're compared with now sits once above the cards. • Fixed: the nights the clocks change threw off your average bedtime and wake up, and the best weeks of stand hours and workouts under Lifetime bests had the wrong dates.
