Optii 3.30.0 — week of October 7, 2026 WHAT’S NEW Stay Notes — Add notes to a guest’s current stay from the job details. Notes are tied to the reservation, so they follow the guest on a room move and clear once the stay ends. Every note shows who wrote it and when, and only the author can edit or delete it. Available to anyone with access to job details. Breaks on the Timeline — When a team member starts a break, it now appears on their Timeline row and grows until the break ends. Completed breaks stay on the Timeline with the break name and duration. Notification Sound Preferences — Back under My Profile > Settings. Fixes and Improvements - Job lists now show only jobs from the departments you have access to. - Skip is only offered on inspections that haven’t started, and only to users with permission to skip. - The “Job Already In Progress” message now names the job you need to finish first. - Stay notes, guest names, and reservation details no longer go blank after your device reconnects. - Changes saved while offline are no longer lost when the app reloads. - Chat now notifies you when you’re tagged and shows when someone is typing. - Layout fixes on smaller screens.
