Chito

Looking for stories or cultural experiences in a new city but don’t know where to start? Chito makes it easy to explore local activities. We gather captivating stories from every destination and combine them with your phone’s hardware and software features to create an immersive platform—so a city never feels unfamiliar and its hidden tales are yours to discover! When you arrive, forget the crowds and pushy tour operators. On weekends—or even a weekday—you can choose a relaxing experience and let these stories guide your day in the city. Highlights 1. Deeper cultural insight Unlike the typical shallow tourist blurbs, Chito offers refined, in-depth personal experiences. Even if you’ve never set foot in a city’s past, our vivid stories draw you into its cultural fabric. 2. Always on Some stories, activities, and local experts are available 24 × 7. Whenever you feel like connecting with the city, we’re ready to welcome you. 3. Smartphone-powered immersion We weave together network connectivity, audio, GPS, NFC, gyroscope data, and—most importantly—the city’s own landscapes and stories to craft compelling, tailor-made adventures. 4. Offline ready Download an entire program in advance; once on site, you won’t need any network connection. Even deep in the mountains, the experience keeps running. 5. Collectible memory cards After each activity you’ll receive a beautifully designed card unique to that experience. Relive your memories any time—and feel free to return for the same adventure on your next visit! We welcome cultural professionals and artists worldwide to collaborate with us—create engaging local stories, immersive performances, escape rooms, or even interactive flyers.
