Tracto

Tracto brings the people around a child with special needs onto the same page. Parents, teachers and therapists share one picture of how a child is doing, and get practical guidance when they need it. NEW IN TRACTO 3 • A home screen made for parents: check in on your day with one tap, then journal, breathe, chat or watch. • Chat with Tracto: an assistant whose answers draw on Tracto's video guides, with videos to watch next. • Wellness: breathing exercises and four guided meditations with audio. • A Tracking hub with the Timeline, Trends and Care Plan in one place. • Nocturne, a new dark theme, and an Appearance setting. CHECK IN EACH DAY Start with how you're feeling. A daily check-in takes a second, and from there you can write in your journal, take a breathing break, ask a question or watch a short guide. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Keep a care plan of goals, medications and activities, and tick them off as the days go by. Trends shows progress over weeks, and the Timeline keeps every note, check-in and change in one place. ONE CARE TEAM Invite a partner, teacher or therapist to your child's Care Team, so everyone works from the same plan and sees the same progress. ANSWERS WHEN YOU NEED THEM Ask Tracto's chat assistant about routines, emotions, school or bedtime. Its answers are grounded in Tracto's video guides, easy to read, and point you to the videos worth watching. Free accounts include a few messages a day; paid plans include many more. LEARN AS YOU GO Short video guides in Explore cover everyday challenges, from calmer mornings to big feelings. A MOMENT FOR YOU Caring is demanding. Wellness has breathing exercises and guided meditations for a few minutes of calm, and gentle reminders nudge you to check in each day and write in your journal each week.
